MyAccount is a customer-oriented service that centralizes all shopping activity through the Avangate system. You can use it to download license keys for purchased products, view order details, download invoices, renew licenses, etc. Access to myAccount is available online.
MyAccount is created automatically when you first place an order through the Avangate system. All future purchases made from the same email address will be merged into a single customer account.
When accessing myAccount for the first time, you need to set up a login password. You can do this by selecting the "Create an account!” option in myAccount.
"With myAccount you can:
- review your order history;
- update card information for subscription payments;
- retrieve license keys;
- get invoices for your orders (note that invoices are not available instantly, they may take up to 24 hours to be generated);
- view details of each order, including delivery status;
- find support coordinates;
- edit your personal data for future use;
- renew licenses of your software when they expire;
- manage the renewal subscription settings for your product licenses;
- selecting automatic billing form fill-in for future orders "
Users can now log-in to their account with their Google, Yahoo or AOL user ID, without the need to know the password that is set for their “myAccount”.
