Kaspersky Lab, an international data security software developer, has concluded an agreement with NetASQ (www.netasq.com), a well-known producer of IPS-Firewalls to add Kaspersky® Anti-Virus scanning technology to its Intrusion Prevention Firewall range. The integrated solution includes the functions most demanded by users such as anti-virus and network protection, VPN support as well as Real-time Intrusion Prevention.
NetASQ will start offering the Kaspersky Anti-Virus option in July on its midrange Intrusion Prevention Firewalls. The option initially will be available on the F100 and F500 IPS-Firewalls and will be available for the F200 IPS Firewall upon its release later this year.
